Want to shoot a video at your historic site? Create a podcast for your museum? Clean the historic textiles in your collection?

If you are in the membership area of the Tri-State Coalition of Historic Places (Delaware, southern New Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania) the Sustaining Places Media & Collections Care Lending Library has equipment available for you to check out for two weeks at a time. There are two equipment pick-up sites: the Museum Studies Program at the University of Delaware office located at 77 E. Main St. in Newark, DE and the Grundy Museum at 610 Radcliffe St. in Bristol, PA.

Items currently available through our Lending Library include: Tri-pod, Dell laptops, Epson photo color scanners, multimedia projector, lighting kit (light stand+studio light), HD video camera, podcasting station, temperature/humidity and light monitoring kit (with manual), small utility heater, PastPerfect Training CDs (version 5.0), 2 HEPA vacuums, variable speeds (with attachments, manual, and a copy of The Winterthur Guide to Caring for Your Collection), various professional development books- view our collection on LibraryThing here.
